NewMatrytech AI Studio is live — build production-grade AI agents in weeks, not quarters.
— Custom Software Development

Software built to your exact requirements — not someone else's.

Bespoke enterprise platforms, MVPs, internal tools and legacy system rewrites. For businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf software and need something that fits the way they actually work. Fixed quotes, no scope-creep surprises.

— What we build

Six areas. One accountable team.

Every custom project is staffed by the same engineers from kickoff through go-live. No account manager relays, no offshore handoffs — the person who scopes the work writes the foundational code.

— 01

Enterprise Platforms

Internal tools, workflow engines, multi-tenant SaaS platforms and operations dashboards. Built for hundreds of users and thousands of daily transactions, with role-based access, audit logs and compliance baked in from the start.

  • Multi-tenant architecture, RBAC
  • Audit logging, data export
  • SOC 2 / ISO 27001 ready design
— 02

MVP & Rapid Prototyping

First production version of your product, scoped to the single core user flow that proves the hypothesis. Shipped in 4–6 weeks, with real users on it by week 5. No padded design phases, no architecture overengineered for scale you don't have yet.

  • One core flow, production auth
  • Analytics from day one (Mixpanel)
  • Clean codebase for handover or growth
— 03

Legacy Modernisation

Monolith rewrites, framework upgrades, database migrations and strangler-fig refactors. We audit the existing system first, assess what stays and what goes, and migrate with zero downtime for your users.

  • Free codebase audit before quoting
  • Zero-downtime migration patterns
  • Test coverage before refactor begins
— 04

API & Integration Engineering

REST and GraphQL APIs, third-party integrations, data pipelines and event-driven architectures. If your tech stack has a gap between systems that should be talking, we close it with maintainable, documented code.

  • REST, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets
  • Stripe, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP
  • Event streaming: Kafka, SQS, Pub/Sub
— 05

Admin Panels & Internal Tools

Dashboards, CMS platforms, content moderation tools and ops interfaces that your team uses every day. Often underscoped and hacked together — we build them properly, with search, pagination, exports and role controls.

  • Custom admin dashboard (not Retool)
  • Data tables, filters, bulk actions
  • CSV/PDF export, notification hooks
— 06

Technical Due Diligence & Audits

Pre-acquisition code audits, architecture reviews and security assessments. We produce a written report with risk ratings, findings and a remediation roadmap. Used by PE firms, acquirers and founders before a fundraise.

  • Architecture, security, test coverage
  • Dependency health + CVE scan
  • Remediation roadmap with effort estimates
— The stack

Battle-tested tools, not resume keywords.

These are the technologies running in production systems under our maintenance today. We'll match your existing stack where it makes sense — and suggest alternatives where it doesn't.

— How we work

A clear path from brief to production.

No "Phase 0" discovery that bills for 8 weeks. No design sprints that delay writing a line of code. You get a fixed quote in 48 hours, and production code from week one.

01

Discovery — Week 0

A 60-minute call. We map scope, users, integrations and the success metric that matters. You get a fixed quote in writing within 48 hours.

02

Architecture — Week 1

ERD, API contract, infrastructure diagram. Your team reviews and signs off before we write the first production line. No surprises at the end.

03

Build — Weeks 2–5

Two-week sprints, demo every Friday. GitHub access from day one. You see working software, not status updates about working software.

04

Launch & handover — Week 6

Production deploy, monitoring configured, docs written. You get the repo, the infra credentials and a 60-minute walkthrough with the engineer who built it.

— Why us

Senior engineers. No junior swap at week three.

Most agencies win the pitch with their senior team and deliver with juniors. We don't. Two guarantees we make and keep.

— 01 · Same team, start to finish

The engineer who scopes your build writes the foundational code.

No bait-and-switch. The senior engineer who joins the discovery call is the one who writes the data model, reviews every PR and joins the go-live call. We staff teams of two to four, never large enough to lose accountability — and small enough that everyone on the project knows every part of the system.

— 02 · Fixed price, honest scope

The quote we give you is the number on the invoice.

We fix price after a proper scoping session — not before. If the scope grows, we tell you before we build it, give you a change order, and you decide. We've never issued a surprise invoice to a client. That's a cultural thing, not a contractual trick — and the reason most of our projects come from referrals.

— Proof in production

Fleet management platform for 50K+ operators.

One case from a larger portfolio. NDA-protected details are available on request after the discovery call.

End-to-end fleet management platform serving Govt. of Karnataka and Renault.

A custom multi-tenant SaaS platform — web dashboard, mobile driver app, real-time telemetry backend and AI route engine — built from scratch and shipped to 50,000+ operators across India. Complex domain, fixed price, on-time delivery.

— Frequently asked

Honest answers. No boilerplate.

Anything not covered? Email Prakash directly — no SDR layer, replies same day.

How do you price custom software projects?
Fixed-price after a scoping session. We don't bill time-and-materials for custom builds — you get a quote in writing within 48 hours of the discovery call, and that number doesn't move unless your scope does. Change orders are issued before the work starts, not after it's delivered.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes, frequently. We start with a free 1-hour codebase audit — architecture quality, test coverage, security surface, dependency health. From there we quote either a targeted clean-up sprint, a full rewrite, or a "leave it and ship features on top" plan. You decide which path fits the timeline and budget.
How long does an MVP take?
A well-scoped MVP — one core user flow, production auth, basic admin panel — typically ships in 4–6 weeks. We've done tighter, but anything promising a full product in under 3 weeks usually involves cutting corners on architecture you'll pay to fix later. We'd rather give you an honest timeline than an impressive-sounding one.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes — and some of our best clients are. The discovery call is designed to work with a plain-English brief. We'll translate the requirements into a spec, get your sign-off on it, and then build against that. You don't need a formal PRD or technical background to work with us effectively.
Who owns the IP?
You do, 100%. Full IP transfer is written into the contract before we write a line of code. Source code, design files, database schema, infrastructure configs — everything is yours at handover. No licensing clauses, no ongoing royalties, no "we need to maintain the repo for it to work" lock-in.
